Beautiful, very comfortable, extremely clean and very well equipped apartment. We traveled with one year old daughter, and everything was prepared for her which was super nice! The hammam in the shower is a great bonus after cold winds of Venice in February! The host was very responsive and friendly. Recommend this apartment to everyone!
Apt. Poggiolo
"Poggiolo" apartment was so comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location - right by the train station, lots of restaurants and access to Vaporetto. The apartment is down a quiet alley away from the noisy hubbub of Venice. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. I loved the balcony overlooking the small canal!
Apt. La Centrale
Absolutely loved it here! Perfect location, so close to the train station, great restaurants nearby - but also slightly off the Main Street so it’s not loud at night. Roberto and Guadalupe were both extremely accommodating and responded to any asks very quickly. Definitely would stay here again!
Poggiolo 2
Both the hosts and the accommodation were excellent. A cosy retreat after a day’s walking. Perfect location and great local restaurants.

The apartment is well equiped, warm, and easy to reach everywhere you want. Roberto helpes us for early check-in and kept our luggage an extra our so that we could enjoy Venice before we leave. Highly recommended for those who have plan to stay in Venice more than 2 nights and more. It was the perfect place to stay.

This place was fantastic. Close and convenient to the train station but tucked away in a quiet area. The apartment has tasteful modernist interiors with mid-century Italian and Scandinavian influences. Lovely canal glimpses. Roberto and Guadalupe were very helpful and flexible and understanding of a couple of mistakes we made!
